What we do

Real resilience. Built from the inside out.

You can invest in strategy, systems, and technology and still find the same weaknesses exposed the moment pressure hits. That is usually not a tool’s problem. It is an execution problem. A people problem. A clarity problem. And that is where we come in.

Instinctability works with boards, executives, and leadership teams who need more than advice. We help organisations build resilience that shows up in everyday decisions, operational discipline, and real-world response when the stakes are high.

Our work sits across three connected disciplines:

Cyber
We strengthen digital resilience, reduce exposure, and help organisations respond with confidence when something goes wrong.

Instinctability is built by developing two things:

the instincts to recognise what
matters in the moment

the ability to act on that judgement
with confidence, even under pressure

Instinctability

Dome of confidence

Governance & Risk

Your board and leadership carry real accountability when something goes wrong. This is about making sure the right oversight, policies, and response plans are in place before that moment arrives. What we look at: oversight, accountability, escalation, continuity and regulatory alignment.

Technology & Data

Your digital exposure is likely bigger than you realise. This is about understanding what's visible to attackers, where access is poorly controlled, and which suppliers or data gaps are carrying unassessed risk. What we look at: systems, external exposure, credentials, access controls, data sensitivity and supplier risk.

Culture & Leadership

The way people behave every day is either protecting your organisation or creating risk. This is about the habits and role-modelling that determine whether your team knows what to do when pressure hits. What we look at: leadership behaviours, culture, awareness, reporting confidence and onboarding.

Why we care

Resilience isn’t built through systems and strategy alone. It’s built through people.

At the heart of Instinctability is a simple belief: people perform better when they know what matters and feel capable of acting on it under pressure.

That matters at work, but it matters well beyond work, too. The habits that keep people safe, thoughtful, and confident in a digital world do not switch off at the end of the day. The same instincts that protect individuals and families are the ones organisations depend on when decisions need to be made quickly and well.

When people feel clear and capable, organisations become more resilient. Leadership improves. Teams collaborate better. Change lands. Risk reduces. That is why this work matters to us.
